Sometimes my sister lacks common sense. It’s not that she does not have common sense, it’s just that a lot of the time she does not quite use what she does have. She, and my brother-in-law went to the local hardware store to pick up some lumber for the deck they would be building. After making their purchase, and loading the trailer my brother in law got in their truck, started the engine, and put the truck in drive. My sister, for some reason thought they would need to disconnect the trailer to load the lumber, but she did not reconnect it. As my brother-in-law started to pull away, the trailer stayed put. He looked at my sister, who broke into a laugh. She told him she forgot to connect the offroad coupling.
