I’ll Leave Anything But The Internet
September 26th, 2009 . by adminTwo years ago my husband’s company transferred us to a rural location. The money was fantastic but it meant the whole family would be leaving a city to live in a town where the post office is the center of social life. I told my husband I could do without my designer coffee, theaters and upscale restaurants, but I couldn’t leave the Internet. My spouse quickly assured me that we would have direct tv satellite internet installed by the time we moved in and he was as good as his word. We have adapted to our new lifestyle and I love the slow, relaxing pace, just as long as I spend a few hours plugged into civilization every day, via my laptop.
