I am the manager at two local apartment complexes and a large part of my job is traveling around the property and showing our model apartments to potential tenants. We use EZGO golf carts to get around the properties, and to take people to tour the property. Our whole office staff loves the fact that we can take our potential tenants on a leisurely tour of the whole property in complete comfort. Before this, we had to walk to the model apartments, and it certainly makes a much nicer impression to drive people there than to make them hike half a mile to see the apartments!
