When it came time to have a special class on Systems Failure Analysis, I wanted to get a follow up DVD to highlight some of the things that we would be going over. I was able to find an excellent manufacturing training website that offered the DVD that I was looking for, along with hundreds of other courses as well. The benefits we all received from watching the DVD well exceeded expectations and already I’m starting to see positive changes in the attitudes that many of our employees take when trying to solve everyday problems. My managers have even told me that they’re impressed with some of the questions our engineers are now asking.
