When it came time for us to have to move to the Tampa area a couple of years ago, we initially had the idea that we were going to go down there from time to time in the weeks before we needed to move, to see if we could find a home on our own.  After two or three weekends spent looking for homes, and coming up with a lot of nothing, we finally decided that it would be best if we looked up some Tampa real estate agents, to get some help with finding the right home for us.  In the end, it was the best decision because they found us a home in no time that was perfect.
