Don’t Admit or Accept Liability For a Whiplash Claim
August 15th, 2010 . by adminWhen a person first decides to file a whiplash claim, it may be very natural for him to apologize for the incident which caused the injury. Even if that person was in their car, stopped at a red light, and got rear ended they may feel the need to apologize. This should not be done, especially in situations where it was entirely not your fault. Apologizing for the incident is very often taken as an admission of liability, and can seriously undermine your claim. Some defendants or companies may pressure you into thinking that for some reason the injury was your fault and get you to admit it, but don’t fall for this or you may lose quite a bit.
