Modular houses resemble traditional houses

July 24th, 2010 . by admin

Modular houses are buildings that are divided into numerous modules which are manufactured in a manufacturing unit and then shipped to the construction site. The modules are assembled into a single building using either trucks and cranes.Modular Homes resemble traditional houses. The major difference is that these are fabricated in industries and put together on the construction site. This saves time because construction on the modular building starts in the manufacturing facility when the prep work on the site is being completed.

Usually, modular dwellings are built to regional or council recommendations, so houses built in a particular manufacturing factory will have differing building levels based on the final location of the units.
