I’ve never had to buy pots and pans before, so having to purchase cookware was rather a daunting job. I realize cookware isn’t merely built of “metal”, but I don’t know what the other materials are either. I’ll certainly need to study the best cookware review possible. Copper cookware is out of the question as it’s so expensive and responds badly to acidic food. My friend, who loves cooking, trusts his cast iron cookware. Nonetheless, I never knew that acidic food would be so much of a concern for cast iron either. I’m very glad I discovered these reviews. There’s nothing worse than buying cookware and finding it’s an absolute dud.
