Moving to Toronto Afforded Me a Better Psychotherapist

However, I never felt as if I was making any progress under his guidance. Therefore, when I moved, I made it a point to find the best options for psychotherapy Toronto had to offer me. Once I found a therapist that I believed to be top notch, I made an appointment. Now, six months later, I can honestly say that I have made more progress than I made in the two years I was seeing the other therapist.
