I believe the best way to lost stomach fat is to have a low (or NO) carb diet. This means eating only those foods which have less or no carbohydrates. In this diet, things to be avoided are potatos, sugar, corn, rice and flour. These are the main sources of carbohydrates, if you avoid them you can have a slim and trim belly and lose all excess stomach fat. In fact, the regular use of this diet does not let fat accumulate.
