Plantar fasciitis
March 29th, 2010 . by adminBy far the most prevalent source of pain about the bottom on the feet is plantar fasciitis. This is due to stress of the plantar fascia which is a long ligament that goes in the ball of the feet towards the heel bone and it holds up the mid-foot of the feet. Any scenario associated with overload of the tendon is probably going to cause plantar fasciitis. This kind of overburden may be a result of being overweight, a lot of sporting activity, standing all day at work or weak foot biomechanics. Therapy of plantar fasciitis must be focused at cutting down the strain within the tissues.
