September 26th, 2010 . by adminWhen I enrolled in a Dallas weight loss program, the first thing we talked about was meals. They wanted to know what I was eating. While I really do try to eat right, sometimes my schedule just won’t allow it. Surely a quick drive through burger won’t hurt as long as I don’t do it very often. After spending a week writing down everything I eat, I found that most of my meals are vending machine or fast food. It didn’t take long to realize that I’m killing myself through my diet. I thought I would be fine because I didn’t have bad habits like smoking. Boy was I wrong.
