I’m not the biggest fan of judging a tea in the same way wine snobs talk about fine wines.  I’m sorry but I’ve just never tasted chestnut nuances with cherry blossom overtone with apricot high notes with a rosemary finish in even my finest teas.  But there is no question that each tea is extremely unique and have very different taste profiles. I love purchasing sever different tea samplers per month so I can do my own tea tastings so I can really fine tune my taste buds and discover what teas are my favorite.  I’m always surprised when a tea type I’m usually not a fan of jumps to the front of my favorite teas of the month.
