Always Tip Your Barkeep
September 7th, 2010 . by adminI was at the local pub a few nights ago chatting with the bartender. He was telling me about a get-together he was having with some friends. One of his friends had managed to snag some whiskey from his roommate’s collection. He said it was from a whiskey distillery in Oregon called Braeside Distillery that used organic ingredients from a farm that they own and operate. My bartender told me that he liked it so much, he already put in an order for a case. He promised to share a glass with me when it came in, as long as I keep tipping him.
