Our company is considering Switching IT Providers. When we picked out our provider almost ten years ago, there was not much competition in that market. An IT provider could pretty much charge whatever they wanted. Businesses had few other options than to pay an over-priced rate. Now there are so many IT providers, that prices have come way down. In the past we have never looked into switching, and we are are still paying that high rate. We would hope that if we get a couple estimates our current provider would be willing to match the price. If not we will picking a new provider.
