Business Run on Business Not Reputation
July 26th, 2010 . by adminHere I thought that as long as my bottom line was that I worked effectively and efficiently in my business that I would be a success. It turns out that along the way I may have been a little too head strong and now the reputation that I do not have a customer skills mindset it actually hurting my business. I have to be tough in what I do and I will not compromise quality but obviously there is room for improvement in the area of Reputation Management and I need to try to focus on that a little bit in order to have a balanced business plan.
