Thanks for the input guys. I have been a bit busy trying to figure out this twitter thing in between eating… haha. My first attempt at building muscle fast I used the old York Barbell technique booklet that came with my highly expensive sand filled weight set, all centered on full body routines until the last phase where for some reason it just gave up on the leg training…. i followed it to the T and I had very impressive results in the upper body, unfortunately, it gave no clue where to go from there, so I spun in a circle for two months, and eventually gave up. Paralysis by analysis as Sean says. I need some direction and inspiration from my routines in order to keep up with them. I will likely keep on one program and stick to it as Sean’s program has me progressing every week and this is 5 weeks in now. I think once the eighth week hits, I am going to need that week break.

Our son started having seizures about six months ago. It took a little while, but the doctors finally confirmed that he has epilepsy.
