Who does not love positive feedback? I know I do. How about constructive criticism? That one is not quite as easy to swallow is it? Business coaching provides both. The motto of business coaching is to praise for things done right, similar to that of child-rearing. This positive reinforcement acts as a tool to encourage us to continue the behavior.  Though most of us really love hearing how great we are at something, we are not too fond of hearing anything about what we are not doing right. Business coaches must point out the flaws in order to correct them.
