My neighbor was telling me she needs to purchase some new Insurance.  Her husband gave her a website where she can go and get a quote online.  She says that she still doesn’t feel very comfortable doing that and giving all of her private information online.  If she finds an email address on the website she says she will use it, though.  Then, she will have them contact her.  If the sound okay and are professional over the phone then she says she will consider listening to them explain the process.  If they give references and they follow through she might just try them out!
