Answering Services Must Keep Up With Technology

While this is not necessarily the best situation for staff or employees, it does provide for a greater need for answering services companies to step up the plate and provide remote information to our smartphones, netbooks, electronic writing pads and many more devices that will be how we communicate to the office both night and day. People are now able to bring their contact notes, phone numbers, and email addresses on the road or out to lunch without all the hassle of packing anything larger than a phone.
