I visited Heritage VW with the intention of buying a used Golf for my wife. The staff at Heritage were extremely helpful and didn’t pressurise me into making any decisions I didn’t feel ready to make. I found this extremely refreshing having experience poor customer service at almost every other dealership in the area.

I commend Heritage for training their staff not only about the intricacies of the cars they sell, but also how to deal with people. I would happily use Heritage again as I know I will be treated as a person rather than a walking wallet. Well done Heritage!
